• Leading a team of 10, consisting of analyzer Specialist and technicians,• Responsible to review and approve the Online Analyzer designing documents • Lead Factory acceptance test (FAT) and Site Acceptance, • Preparation of Commissioning, Operating and Maintenance Procedures.• Predictive maintenance, problem analysis, reliability improvement and troubleshooting of Analyzers and Analyzer house control systems.• Preparation of Standard Maintenance Procedures for various maintenance activities and carry out a Risk assessment for critical activities.• Responsible for the calibration of Analyzer instruments; fault finding and rectify the fault in order to avoid a re-occurrence• Identifying the training needs for the new Technicians and arrange for the same through the Personnel Department.• Department Budget forecasting and preparation.• Responsible for the department KPI preparation and presentation to the company higher officials

Reliance refinery analyzer project exicution 1.Responsible for the Planning, Supervision and Execution of maintenance activities of various Analyzers in the reliance refinery complex2.Predictive maintenance, problem analysis, reliability improvement and troubleshooting of Analyzers and Analyzer house control systems.3.Review Cause and Effect Diagrams, Functional Logic Diagrams and design package for modifications for reliability improvements and the execution of plan as required. 4.Participate in investigation teams for Root cause analysis of plant trips due to equipment or system faults and come up with applicable recommendation and implementation.5.Preparation of Standard Maintenance Procedures for various maintenance activities and carry out Risk assessment for critical activities.6.Identification of critical spares and their management.7.Responsible for on line job training on Analyzer house systems & Analyzer instruments to supervisors $ Sr. Technicians for maintain/improve their efficiency.
