Managed Programmes on Agriculture , livelihoods, Common Property Resources • Devised and implemented smallholder agriculture programmes on supply chains and market access, sustainable agriculture, social protection and employment entitlements impacting 120,000 families. I have Co-authored “India Agriculture Scale-up (IASUP)” at the national level and built policy advocacy work on “Public Investment”. Worked closely with key stakeholders on promotion of rain-fed agriculture in India.

As a senior leadership team member ,guided the organisation in its strategies and vision . I have conceptualized programmes in Andhra Pradesh , Bihar,Jharkhand, Odisha and Tamil Nadu on Natural resources management , Agriculture , watersheds , common property resources . Developed networks and alliances across these states on dalit and adivasi issues . lead policy research on common pool resources with NRI -UK and have lead Rayalaseema watershed development programmes for almost 6 years with a multi disciplinary team and experts . This programme is known for its approach and impact . Supported team members across the focus states of CWS . Have supported other organisations in the initiatives of water and democracy and innovations such as social regulation of ground water. lead south - south dialogue and in sharing of experiences

Directly worked in 30 villages on improving Education, livelihoods and Healthcare, while leading a team of 100Initiated innovations at the grass root level on Healthcare, Education, Livelihood and Self-governance which impacted 6000 families. Formulated organizational and programme strategies to foster a coalition of women “sanghas” at par with executive body of the organization.
