Project and Business Development including Sales

Duties: Managing and making key decisions on sales and logistic operations• Plan, develop and implement strategy for the organizations’ development• Establish and set up operational systems in logistics• Monitor daily sales and manage a team of 10 Tele-sales consultants.• Planning and conducting Sales training for Tele-sales consultants• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT andFinance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination andcommunication between support and business functions• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared towardoperational excellence.• Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.• Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.• Development of individual program budgets• Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.• Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.• Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.• Organization of fiscal documents.• Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.• Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.Achievements:Successfully expanded the office strength to 10 Tele Consulatnts from 2 ConsultantsSuccessfully set up full sales and operations for company Expansion to PhilippinesManila.

Duties: Managing and making key decisions in Company Operations• Plan, develop and implement strategy for the organizations’ development• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of theBusiness performance• Monitor, measure and report on achievements within agreed formats and timescales• Manage and develop direct reporting staff• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets• Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessaryaspects of the organization, and to ensure they are fully informed of the developmentobjectives, purposes and achievements• Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for qualitymanagement, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and generalduty of care• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop thecompany's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.• Presentations of offshore properties and demonstrate the features and benefits ofavailable homes, wholesale floors and towers.• Convert prospects to close sales for clients and developers located in Middle Eastincluding Dubai, Makkah and Madinah, KSA
