Established a program offering underrepresented teens and young adults mentorship and access to technology skills to become high-performing entrepreneurs and technologists in a 21st century, global economy.

Sales leader for direct and distributor sales channels. Increased company revenue and market share in professional and college basketball markets becoming industry leader in the NBA, WNBA, and G-league. New business acquisition, account management, pre-sales engineering, customer training and support. Strategic analysis of emerging technologies with emphasis on bringing new data collection technology to sports performance analysis for professional, collegiate, and grass roots sports organizations.

Lead assistant responsible for offensive and defensive game planning. Increased wins total from 4 wins the previous season to 13 wins. Created technology training programs for coaching staff to learn video analysis, play drawings, and recruiting platforms. Directed scheduling, recruiting and academic monitoring of student athletes.

Assisted the coaching staff in all areas of the basketball program, with an emphasis on recruiting, scouting, academic supervision, player development, team building, practice planning and game preparation; coordinate facility needs for the Men’s Basketball program; Co-Directed the San Francisco Basketball Camp; monitored academic performance of players and provide counseling on scholastic as well as extracurricular issues; planned and supervised team travel and expenses.

Hired support staff for Junior Varsity and Freshman level teams; managed all aspects of daily operations including bench and practice coaching; evaluated prospects, coordinated the scheduling of games and practice times for all three teams; initiated fund-raising campaigns, and implemented a structured solicitation system; did opponent scouting, including breakdown of game film and generated written reports; directed summer basketball camps that emphasized skill development and training programs for various youth organizations.
