• Manage and maintaining total Network Infrastructure, Network Security, IT Security Policy, ACL, Server Security, Mailing System, File Server, Database Server, Web Server, ERP Server etc. to ensuring smooth IT operation.• Delivering necessary IT support for Operating System and applications software as Installation, update, upgrade to ensure smooth operation.• Providing support for Set-up and maintenance of IP, LAN and wireless router, Access point (AP), CC-Camera, attendance machine, Barcode and Online Printer, Antivirus update for both user and server’s end.• Configure and solve all types of mail problem using different email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, web mail etc.• Delivering necessary support for Implementation and Post Implementation of ERP software, Data migration and reporting system.• Ensuring Update, Testing and Maintenance of ERP System & Fixing error by the support from software vendor if it’s required.• Providing necessary Update, support, and Training to ERP users.• Assist in planning and implementing the date integration and data migration activities.• Maintaining accurate and complete documentations and report to update superior timely.• Backup database on-site & off-site and maintain Database server (FastReact, HRIS, Cloud Warehouse, Tally, GatePass) on daily basis.• Obligatory correspondence of IT functions according to SOP of the organization and providing solutions to the buyers, auditors and vendors if required.• Designing, Implementing Internet Policies, Squid Firewall, POP3, IMAP4 & Web mail configuration & maintenance.• Sourcing for any kind of IT solutions, especially with WEB BASED electronic ERP systems of buyers and suppliers to sync with real time IT equipment as scanner, thermal printers, desktop utility of standalone computers etc.• Optimize and troubleshooting packing servers assigned with BARCODE reader system management to ensure impeccable packing of UPC tagged items.
