The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) was created as the strategic health authority for the Emirate of Dubai. The DHA is empowered to set policies and strategies for health and to assure the application of those health policies and strategies. (www.dha.gov.ae). Key Responsibilities: Implementation of EAM System all over DHA Site. Administrated project lifecycle from initial system planning and technology acquisition through installation, training and operation. Documented workflows and executed comprehensive training plan to medical staff that more than doubled EMR access (from 45% to 100%) and usage (from 35% to 80%). Ensure successful and effective implementation of the system. Infor EAM Application server support and maintenance activities. Gathered and assessed needs from internal business units; created custom solutions to resolve issues (e.g., system slowdowns and process bottlenecks); and developed functional specifications for IT group. Automated previously manual, time-consuming processes to drive gains in data tracking/accuracy, workgroup efficiency and profitability. Instrumental in documenting operating procedures and implementing in all the units and sub units. Design and develop new reports as per the higher management requirement. Optimized training success by strategically planning and organizing programs. Undertake all system administration tasks, trouble shooting, maintaining data integrity and security. Continuously monitor and evaluate opportunities for technological enhancements or workflow reengineering in user departments. Liaison with all concerned personnel for achieving and maintaining full compliance with the IS Security Policies, Procedures & Guidelines. Provides evaluation and analysis of equipment, and consultation with departments in defining equipment utilization needs. Performs quality check on basic data set-up to identify any technical problems.

Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is the research hub of Indian Military Organization. I was working as a full time Project Research Trainee. My area of development was in ASP and Oracle 9i. Scripting languages were also used. I was awarded the Good Performance Certificate by the organization. This project was purely for the BFSR Team.
