Following are my responsibilities and achievements:• Supervision of pre-disbursement audit against local purchases & services• Prepare reports on expenditures• Assist in month end closing• Managing Receivables with the team lead• Ensure adequate internal controls are in place to safe guard the integrity of the ledger• Recording of prepayments & scrap sales in the general ledger• Coordinate with IT department to resolve issues in Oracle 6i Reports• Coordinate with sales tax consultants to respond tax department queries in order to facilitate finalization of the assessment and safeguard Company’s interest while remaining within the provisions of law• Reconciliation of local purchase / sales registers with general ledger• Ensure that the Annexure C should be declared by the 10th of every month• On line filling of sales tax return to FBR / SRB / BRA within specified dates• Co-ordinate with suppliers & customers for sales tax return submission• Ensure maintenance of tax records for previous years to avoid non-compliance of data maintenance

• Reconciling differences (by passing adjustment / debit notes / corresponding with concerned department)• Timely intimation to treasury for invoices involving large sum of money to facilitate arrangement of funds• Checking Approvals and purchase cycle of contractors’ and suppliers’ bills• Prioritize invoices according to payment terms• Preparation of bank payment, bank receipt and cash payment vouchers• Reconciliation of suppliers’ account• Preparation of bank reconciliation• Assist in physical count of inventories• Respond to vendors’ inquiries

-Maintain appropriate cash limits-Cash & cheque deposits & open new accounts-Petty cash management-Collection of utility bills -Posting of utility bills in RedHat software & despatch the same to concerned bank-Sorting of deposited cheques

-Data entry-Maintain files & documentation accurately-Sort & distribute incoming mails
