CurrentOBAT Helpers Inc., US based tax exempted 501(c) 3 organization providing services to help displaced and stranded people. Present focus in Bangladesh working with a forgotten group of Urdu speaking people commonly known as Biharis/stranded Pakistanis, living in the camps since last 42 years. Our vision is to bring a change through education and self-empowerment. Successfully developed, monitored and completed several projects in different sectors of Education, Self-Empowerment, Health and community development etc. Presently managing more than 53 educational programs (6 Elementary and 1 Middle schools, 5 computer training centers, 6 Tutoring centers, 30 Pre-Schools, 10 Educational center for working kids etc. Two health clinics serving thousands of people every year and almost 2000 women got help to be self-empowered through our micro-finance projects. Being a founder and a volunteer to this organization I am involved in networking and capacity building, project performance measurement, analysis and review for continuous improvement. Effective communication and virtual management of volunteers and local partners in Bangladesh to establish welfare, educational & empowerment projects. Providing guidelines and training to volunteers and partners to improve the quality of services. Continuously follow-up and tracking the progress. Physically involve in project management and monitoring process.
