Supervise implementation of any additions, deletions and major modifications in network infrastructure. Monitor the administration and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure. Supervise activities of troubleshooting, systems backups and disaster recovery, and provide expert support as and when required. Supervise activities of help desk at Plant Site and HO. Also ensure an immediate response to the escalated help desk issues. Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide solution in a timely manner. Monitor and work with external project teams to help them in order to implement Internal Systems e.g. ERP.
