In this capacity, I am heading the Secretariat and focusing on policy advocacy and ESDM ecosystem development with various Central and State Government forums. For the association and industry, I am working closely with media as a spokesperson. I am currently managing P&L and instrumental in converting a loss-making organisation into profit making. I am also actively involved in managing MAIT as Profit centre, generating revenue and ensuring good financial health of the association.

In this role I acted as subject matter expert to provide domain and functional expertise. I developed government relations, communicated plans, and collaborated with government officials, and non-governmental organisation stakeholders. While I enjoyed all aspects of my job, I think my favourite stage was to constantly manage corporate affairs. With an enthusiastic and genuinely friendly attitude, I have been able to make connection between people and motivated forward momentum to ‘get things done’.
