Co-ordinated analysis of 'big data' pooled from the box offices of all participating venues. Commissioned and managed undertaking of large-scale quantitative and qualitative market research. Facilitated stakeholders to develop joint marketing campaigns. My role at the agency developed to become a permanent position with responsibility for planning and delivering audience development consultancy for other clients, managing the agency's communications with clients, as well as planning and production of professional development events and resources for clients. Additionally responsible for consulting with and facilitating a group of 10 outer London arts venues to work together, plus 12 leading orchestral music organisations collaborating on 'big data' market research to inform a joint public-facing marketing campaign.
