CurrentOperations DepartmentPresent Job Scope 1) Ensuring smooth everyday functioning of the plant (in-shifts), at optimal process conditions with r/d products, including the likes of ATF/MTO, Auto-LPG/LPG, and Naphtha meeting product specifications.2) Identification of malfunctioning/service-pending instruments and raising/directing notifications to the concerned department. 3) Ensuring completion of daily routine jobs.4) Preparation of monthly Management Information System report. 5) Operating pumps, heat-exchangers, burners, pilots, and re-boilers at optimal efficiency.6) Handling critical emergencies including but not limited to the likes of A) Process upset due to upstream unit failure.B) Process upset due to Grid/GTG failure. C) Process upset due to light/heavy hydrocarbon pipeline failure at ISBL/OSBL. D) Process failure due to Instrument Air failure.Assignments handled *Part of the operation team handling turnaround and inspection (T&I) of LPG, Naphtha, and SKO treatment units. {Isolation-handing over/job monitoring and cold-start-up}*Part of the operation team handling T&I of utility section comprising of Flare, Flare-Gas recovery unit, Instrument/Plant Air, and ATU/ARU. {Isolation-handing over/job monitoring and cold-start-up}*Knowledge of handling DCS console for Crude Distillation Unit (Feed HX Train/Heater/Atmos/Vacuum), Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit (Feed Preheat Section/Heater/R-R/Main-fractionator/GCU/FGD) and PRU (Propylene Recovery Unit)
