I also perform the quality check-up of ophthalmic lenses and contact lenses.My other job duties include the following: Entrust with the overall accountability of conducting comprehensive eye and vision tests. Assess the defects of the eye, such as myopia, astigmatism and glaucoma. Develop and deliver personalized temporary and permanent solutions to sight issues based on each patient’s specific case and medical history. Recommend medications, eyeglasses and contact lenses. Prepare and update the Lab Register (OTR) and Records. Direct staff in performing the troubleshooting of contact lenses and spectacles. Maintain updated and accurate medical records for all patients. Schedule the next appointments in cases where re-examination is required. Augment sales volume and maximize profit by recognizing & developing new business opportunities Develop streams for revenue growth opportunities. Manage a wide spectrum of activities, such as dealing with the client, retail operations, sales and business development, handling their choirs, and closing the deal.
