Understand and comply with the company's policies, procedures, and instructions.Responsible (physically, systematic) to receive materials from main warehouse, production, commercial containers...etc.).Inspect materials received (quality, quantities, batch numbers, expiry date & specifications ....etc.)Manage space & determine storage methods according to the FIFO guidelines and company safety procedure.Ensure materials received are in good condition upon arrival on proper pallets.Register receiving materials on system SAP (GR-goods receipt).Maintain the (GR) posting & (GR) filing system.Responsible for loading & issue materials (physically).Handle preparation of delivery & delivery documentations (RFD-request for delivery).Count & check materials issued (quantities, batch number, expiry date & specifications ...etc.) against delivery documents.Ensure materials issued are in good condition; wrapped & on proper pallets.Dispense materials as per company policy.Maintain the (RFD) filing system.Responsible for warehouse & inventory duties.Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, housekeeping, and security in the warehouse.Regular inspection of refrigerated storerooms temperature.Stock materials according to FIFO (( first expire first out ))inventory system.Conduct a daily physical cycle account.Report to the warehouse supervisor for materials near to expire, damage, defrost ...etc.Regular inspect (shelves, pallets, cases ....etc.) and change damaged or defective one.In charge of inventory and variances.Instant report the incidents to warehouse supervisor.
