1. Develop new suppliers2. Document the project and keep important documents/files organized.3. Develop and manage open issues log, documenting all open issues between end customer, TSG/Guoji, and third party suppliers.4. Develop and update program timelines so that everyone understands the steps and milestones needed for on-time delivery. Provide project personnel with updated timeline at least once a week. During critical periods, daily or even hourly updates may be necessary. 5. Initiate daily communication with task managers (design leaders, build leaders, tryout leaders, plant managers, sales, etc.) regarding their project needs/customer needs and ongoing program status.6. Engineering Approvals of Strip and Process (e.g. Provide technical support for strip and process, Review the strip and process, Get customer approval of strip and process, Get assembly of parts/mating part information.)7. Early Parts -Secure part requirements (e.g. quantities and quality requirements, timing, die-cut or laser cut, etc). -Coordinate shipping and handling. -Setup fixture timing and verify GD&T.-Schedule tryout material and order from customer. -Secure customer authorization on part quality and whether it’s okay to run and ship parts.8. Finalize Design Process(e.g.-Provide technical support for construction design, Setup 50% and 100% reviews with customer and get customer sign-offs, Document open issues in reviews and quote customer requests/engineering changes.9. B.O.M. Purchasing(e.g. -Verify lead time on critical details with procurement department, Verify delivery vs detailed schedule and confirm with procurement department)10. Preparation for Shipping and Customer Homeline Support
