Serve as Support Contact Person for Orange County School Administrators, sourcing high quality substitute teachers for Orange, Broward and Osceola County Public Schools. Interview 50-100 candidates weekly utilizing ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms to research, screen, source, evaluate and schedule interviews. Source and monitor applicant flow to meet the pool size needed for the successful fulfillment of all job requests.
