-Directed Badger Volunteers, UW-Madison’s semester-long, team-based volunteer program of 250+ volunteers at 40+ community partner organizations-Conducted ongoing reimagining of the program to respond to pandemic priorities and needs of community partners-Developed reciprocal relationships with existing and new community partners-Supervised & mentored eleven student staff, including three interns-Created intentional reflection materials for students who volunteer in Madison community-Embedded social justice education workshops within program to enhance student development of all volunteers-Served on UW-Madison’s Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership Task Force-Reviewed student work for UW-Madison’s Leadership Certificate-Co-developed structure and facilitation for Morgridge Center staff’s monthly equity and advocacy meetings-Collaborated with Morgridge colleagues on student development training, support, and programming-Served as Targeted Resources subgroup lead for Second Year Engagement campus committee

-Dosomething.org Do Something Seed Grant winner-Funds 4 Democratic Communities (F4DC) Grant winner -Coordinated UNCG's 1st institutionally-supported National Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week -Recruited over 300 volunteers-Managed over 400 volunteers, for both one-time and long-term volunteer opportunities -Solicited over $1,900 in in-kind donations-Raised over $3,400 in grants and cash donations-Served as the Interactive Resource Center liaison for the community garden co-created with Transition Greensboro-Organized and facilitated a panel discussion on systemic changes in food security at the NC Campuses Against Hunger Summit-Served as team leader for UNCG at the NC Campuses Against Hunger Summit-Facilitated "Open Space" on Community Gardening at NC Campus Compact's CSNAP 2012-Developed resources: Community Garden Manual, Food Insecurity Resource Manual, and a grant writing & fundraising training
