Responsible for planning, scheduling, and conducting lifestyle programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual opportunities for residents. Assist in activities programs for residents that promote health, wellbeing, engagement, and growth. Coordinate community functions from beginning to end. Interact with residents, guests, and staff with hospitality and amiability. Provide technology assistance and education for residents. Create and distribute marketing for residents to stay informed on all events and announcements including a monthly newsletter publication. Promote the mission, vision, and values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.

Plan and lead day and overnight outings, and support campus activities and events. Serve in leadership roles for outings as needed/desired, to be knowledgeable of and able to teach wilderness skills and safety management, ensure participant safety while in the field, and to teach/model environmental sustainability practices.
