My research focused on improving methods for calculating the environmental impacts of food. I also co-led the largest experimental trial that has been done to date into environmental labeling of food items with researchers in the Dept of Behavioural Economics.

I taught final-year undergraduates in Natural Sciences, through Cambridge's tutorial system. I taught topics including climate science, environmental economics and global conservation.
