I founded Oldboy Ltd as a sales consultancy for production companies. I was responsible for the procurement and representation of production company clients to ATL and Integrated advertising agencies, and direct to brand.This included the development of sales strategy for each client through identification of and execution of sales to suitable target agencies and brands.I was also responsible for the brand inception and produced the brand identity, website and all associated materials- www.oldboy.tv.Oldboy also assisted clients in the sourcing of new directors and represented freelance talent internationally.

In my role as Project Manager within the Commercial Sales Unit at Walt Disney (Jetix Europe) I was responsible for overseeing the pitch, production, delivery and evaluation of large integrated Pan European advertising campaigns for Warner Bros, Twentieth Century Fox, Sony Pictures and Lego.My responsibilities included the development of creative proposals and costings; liaising with clients, sales, creative and production teams.I also managed production teams across website, online media and television commercial production, games, competitions, advertorials and print.I covered the localisation of content across European territories and provided sales team support throughout the campaign duration.I was responsible for financial planning and budget tracking including negotiating local rates and PO generation, ensuring costing and estimates are in line with schedules, tracking internal production and external resource costs and inputting into and analysis of the annual sales target tracker.In my remit was also campaign evaluation and presentation to clients on PowerPoint and in video format (including Double Click/ Dart statistical analysis.)
