Navigating cross-functional teams through management reviews, securing approval & budgets at multiple phase gates. • Lead product strategy for a sensor-based measurement solution for neurology clinical development programs. Have led the core team through various decision phase gates to determine commercial strategy, launch the solution, and secure the first two customers. • For the Alzheimer’s clinical use patient app program, managed and initiated a KOL panel of senior payer executives to serve as advisors designed and facilitated interviews with the payer executives to determine the intended use, target product profile, and customer segmentation strategy. • Lead a cross-functional team in developing the strategy for a patient companion app to support the management of patients on GLP-1 drugs. Analyzed market opportunities in the targeted disease area to develop product roadmap.• Received the 2024 Roche Managers Award. Nominated to the 2023 HBA Ambassador Program.
