🌻- Hiring a team of teachers and organizing the necessary documentation for certification and registration with the board, as well as coordinating and monitoring their work to enhance efficiency.- Ongoing reporting on the project's functioning to the School Director, Project Director, and Project Sponsors, including presenting ideas, plans for the project, referring to the results of the previous project, conducting an effective assessment of challenges, and seeking solutions.- Coordination of the program's progress, including continuous contact with over 200 families to manage optimal participation, interactions with the Foundation representative, guiding children on excursions, recording material for films and photos, meetings with guests interested in organizing the camp, searching and coordinating catering for children and teachers, coordinating the work of the cleaning team in the school.- Project promotion: collaboration with Polish and international journalists/media, as well as the Embassy of Ukraine.

- Support in organizing Summer Camp for children from Ukraine and a Club for mothers with children: preparation of offers, presentation of concepts, organization of meetings with the Management; searching for children for the program, teachers (and coordination of their work); coordination of the program, documentation and ongoing communication with parents (meetings, Telegram groups), building relationships with parents (photos, YouTube videos and their editing, stories).- Daily support in the organization of the Club for mothers with children from Ukraine: meetings and presentation of the Club's activities, recommendations for the club's work, promotion of cinema tickets, and café activities.- Assistance in organizing events at "KinoKawiarnia", including meetings (Ukrainian-Polish Picnic, organizing Children's Day), inviting current and potential clients of "KinoKawiarnia" (via Instagram – photos, videos, stories, interviews about activities), promotion of concerts, online management, editing materials after concerts (collages, videos, posts, texts), invitations to subsequent concerts (recognition from the club manager as the best concert season).- Promotion of the Club, Summer Camp, and "KinoKawiarnia" through Instagram: statistics for stories from April to August increased on average by 44% every month.

- Collaboration with artists visiting Lviv (invitations to shows and accompaniment).- Promotion of the radio brand's recognition : сooperation with media, institutions, and city events, etc.- Generating ideas for airtime, engaging with listeners, creating branding slogans, organizing events for the radio, etc.

Assistant to the General Director with Deputy Powers:- Negotiations with suppliers, documentation work- Interaction with sanatorium guests, settlements with guests, and room reservations- Supervision of the work performed by sanatorium employees- Organization (own initiative) of a promotional film for the hotel
