• Planning and coordinating field activities including data collection• Supervise and provide feedback on field specialist performance in trainings and survey rollouts, with field visits each week• Manage and develop 30+ field team to deliver world- class quality data on every survey Design and implementation management tools to improve the performance of all M&E Nutrition and Health Team• Provide actionable feedback on data quality to field team members, based on back-check calls and quality check visits.• Create project budgets in collaboration with Principal Investigators.• Immediately address and resolve performance issues for both Health officers and Health Supervisors• Place procurement requests for needed survey incentives.• Engage both internal and external stakeholders in terms of reporting on impact surveys.
