• Collaborate with Product Owner in requirements gathering and documentation • Assist Product Owner in backlog grooming using JIRA Software.• Communicate with stakeholders, to identify, analyze and prioritize requirements.• Ensure Jira tickets are updated daily for proper status reporting and transparency.• Ensure project documentation are updated on Confluence.• Add and maintain the team’s known issues and decision logs in Confluence.• Facilitate backlog refinement meetings to confirm stories, tasks and enablers are properly refined ahead of sprint planning.• Communicate changing requirement priorities to stakeholders in a timely manner.• Use tools like Balsamiq and Draw.io to create workflows and mockup for Mobile App and Web Applications.• Collaborate with QA team to design test plans and test cases.• Use SQL queries to retrieve data and other data manipulations from the companies database.• Collaborate with Developer and QA in Defect Tirage.
