During her time at NSV, Anya led the team that created, marketed, implemented and managed 4 distinct multi-million dollar coaching and mentoring programs.Expertise in use included employee management, business & operational management, business strategy & leadership, program development, online sales & marketing and performance coaching.

As VP and a primary consultant at Valeo Consulting Group, Anya led organizational change initiatives for business from 5M-100M. Consulting leaders, teams and whole organizations occurred in the form of strategy retreats, senior leader coaching, process and systems improvement, management & team development and communication transformation at the individual, team and organization levels. Anya helped senior leadership navigate the complexities of a challenging economy while generating growth and expanding team innovation.Anya facilitated Mission Control® Productivity programs to organizations, bringing forth an exciting new approach to being effective in the 21st Century.
