As an Account Coordinator at Distinctive Insurance, I work closely with the Account Executive, Producer, and existing/prospective clients to discuss their needs and match them with the products that will optimize customer satisfaction. The position encompasses administration, project tracking duties, research, and general support to Account Executives . My duties include composing client correspondence, creating presentations, composing insurance plan proposals for clients, preparing payroll deduction reports, and completing occasional enrollments. In my role I have become very familiar with the open enrollment process, the role of brokers and HR departments in small businesses, medical insurance and terminology, etc.

Responsible for overall store management. Managing all talent life-cycle. Driving business operations to increase sales as well as function efficiently operationally. Responsible for business and financial performance of store. Member of the company’s merchandising council to help create merchandising standards for the company. Create and maintain visual product presentations. Recruitment and hire of store employees including the process of scouting potential applicants, conducting interviews and holding new hire orientation. Conduct everyday store operational duties such as: coordination of cash reconciliation and deposit, analyzation of business results, creation of business reports, daily staffing duties and oversight of associates.

Implement and create hiring, onboarding, and training practices which were implemented through the entire company to achieve high sales results and operational efficiency. Bring new ideas to the company regarding customer experience and customer/community relations. Develop and execute short and long term strategies to drive store sales both behaviorally among the staff as well as reaching a high standard and efficiency in regards to merchandising. Managed store’s net sales reports and analysis, profit and loss, mall management relations, and vendor relations. Attended trade shows with company owner to purchase product for company.
