● Contributed to the design and implementation of North America ERM's centralized onboarding and offboarding process.● Manage daily pre-boarding and onboarding, ensuring new hires and people leaders receive the support and resources needed to integrate into their roles and the company.● Lead the North American partner onboarding program by crafting customized materials and strategies. This includes developing comprehensive training modules, creating detailed onboarding guides, and implementing effective communication plans to ensure smooth integration.● Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees by coordinating with departments to ensure a seamless transition. Responsibilities include collecting company assets, conducting exit interviews, handling offboarding paperwork, and generating reports that summarize key findings.● Collaborate with HR business partners, people leaders, and employees to ensure the smooth execution of processes and programs. Provide advice on HR best practices and Guide stakeholders through the complexities of HR policies, helping them understand and apply them in their daily operations.Projects and Committees● Member of the Canada Employee Engagement and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Committees, contributing to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.● Vice Chair of the Hispanic Employee Resource Group, lead efforts to support Hispanic employees through mentorship programs, cultural events, and advocacy.● Actively engaged in local and global learning and leadership initiatives (Global Onboarding for New Hires and New Partners). Including designing, coordinating and delivering training and leadership development programs.● Collaborate with teams to share best practices and create a cohesive onboarding and learning culture across the organization. Assessing the effectiveness of these initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
