Current- Contributed to the design and implementation of North America ERM's centralized onboarding and offboarding process.
- Manage daily pre-boarding and onboarding, ensuring new hires and people leaders receive the support and resources needed to integrate into their roles and the company.
- Lead the North American partner onboarding program by crafting customized materials and strategies. This includes developing comprehensive training modules, creating detailed onboarding guides, and implementing.
- Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees by coordinating with departments to ensure a seamless transition. Responsibilities include collecting company assets, conducting exit interviews, handling.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, people leaders, and employees to ensure the smooth execution of processes and programs. Provide advice on HR best practices and Guide stakeholders through the complexities of HR.
- Member of the Canada Employee Engagement and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Committees, contributing to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
