When we train leaders to raise their EQ they become more effective at communicating, building relationships, making decisions & managing stress. After managing leadership development programs in the corporate & non-profit sectors, I’ve built professional development workshops that lean into the power of EQ, identity and embodiment tools. Through my company, Propel On Purpose Coaching & Consulting, we develop emotionally intelligent and high performing teams that create productive workplaces and profitable businesses.As a biracial Latina & first gen college graduate, I understand the unique challenges first gens and underrepresented leaders face in the workplace, therefore at the heart of this work is a deeply personal mission to empower us to build generational well-being and wealth.
