• Supported management of day to day field operations of 7 wells by using correspondence from field to make decisions about well performance and ensuring optimal operational procedures.• Involved in optimization of reservoir and well performance (ensuring all wells reach their peak potential) by considering crude oil characteristics, GOR, water cut, depth and type of reservoir and project economics• Calculated back-allocation, production potential and losses from wells/assets figures daily and represented the information on the 7 wells having and average daily production of 22,000 barrels per day.• Identified opportunities to improve production and reduce costs by optimization of artificial lift systems, well interventions or other means.• Monitored daily production and ensuring that reservoirs and wells are performing as expected. Investigated and resolved any anomalies such as pressure spikes/drops and abnormal water cut measurements.
