I was responsible for creating and maintaining an ERP/BPM software for Ingedata International, as well as recruiting an IT team. In addition, I worked to completely reorganize and rationalize the company's IT processes, methods, and tools at various strategic levels. I also took steps to ensure compliance with European laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As part of my efforts in the ITO division, I collaborated with the marketing and commercial teams to develop a strategic action plan.

We've done building of booking application, which help our client to manage invoicing, ressources and scheduling to provide to media right licensees the services they asked for.I've also worked on logistic software, to manage the traveling, the hosting, uniforms... of all the staff required during the event-time.Our applications deals with large scale events and I'm proud I was present during all the event time of the Fifa World Cup Brazil 2014.I've also worked in a lot of internals tools, libraries and applications for providing the best workflow of our application stack.Finally, we worked on a electronic documents management software which is named "paperbox", managing all the company documents (invoicing, fees, social services document...) and bank account / cashflow watching.This application is multi-tenancy SaaS and can be found here: www.pme-paperbox.fr

I've stayed in Rio de Janeiro during the Fifa World Cup Brazil 2014. My goals were to advise and support the use of the ERP softwares built by our company; eventually fixing some minor issues and adding last minutes features.On the other hand, I built and maintain the deployment stack, define and implement a contigency plan in case of defects in the applications used.We mainly used Amazon EC2, Route53, Capistrano, Chef, Nginx and Monit.
