1. Reporting directly to BU ES PL HPP China head; functional reporting directly to Global PL Quality Head; working in conjunction with procurement, R&D, project team, and Focus Factory other department. 2. Development & leading Quality team. R&D lab, PSQM of BU ES PL HPP China, responsibilities including hiring, recruiting, training and supervising.3. Establishing and maintaining Annual Quality Strategy and Roadmap for BU ES PL HPP China. 4. Leading gate/milestone reviews for all HPP China projects Identified and share the best practice within all project lessons learned.5. Performing various annual audits such as IATF16949, VW Formel Q, Daimler VDA6.3, etc; ensuring smooth launches of QMS(Quality Management System)&PLC(product life cycle) in BU ES PL HPP China.6. Support R&D, Operation and sales team to assure a smooth launch of new products, ensuring all quality requirements from customer are satisfied, and suppliers meeting Continental‘s quality standard. 7. Providing the training of Quality/Process/Tool/Methodology; Supporting use of quality tools managing BU ES PL HPP China staffs on work stills, tracking and training. 8. Coordinating customer quality related activities including customer audits/visits/complains; leading root cause analysis of products for samples, production, customer returns. 9. Leading all new project Continuous checking for adherence to PLC process until Gate 90, all project line release, Customer PPAP approved process, Tracking of SLC in BU ES PL HPP China.10. Release of Control Plan, product design and delivery, product changes, product deviations, Safe Launch Plan, LSR audits. Moderator and release of risk management, safe launch readiness reviews in BU ES PL HPP China.11. Leading BU ES PL HPP China R&D lab management.12. BU ES PL HPP China Quality Department, R&D lab budget planning and control.
