Was responsible for troubleshooting and supporting Western Digital storage solutions and it's sub brands SanDisk and G-Technology.Thereafter, worked as an Associate, Software and Cloud Services at SoftwareONE which is a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions, headquartered in Switzerland. Primary responsibilities revolved around managing Microsoft Azure and AWS environments of multiple Managed Cloud Compute Clients across the globe.
