Hi! I'm Anshika Raj, a 16-year-old student currently pursuing Grade XII at Venkateshwar International School. My academic interests span across Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Physical Education, and English, but I do not limit myself to mere streams or subjects- I like to believe learning is eternal, and hence, so is my capacity to.As the School Captain (Head Girl), I am the president & representative of a student body of nearly 6000 students and am committed to fostering leadership and collaboration within the student body. My passion for debating has led to notable achievements, including ranking 8th at the Indian Schools Debating Championship 2023 in Chennai. I was also the top-scoring speaker at Mahabehes 2023 and led my team to victory at the National Final – Mahabehes 2024. I had the privilege of adjudicating an educators' debate round organized by @Behesdebate, one of only three students selected for this honor. Additionally, I serve as the secretary of our school’s public speaking society, Animum Flectere.I have published literary works with Scholastic and other publishing firms, and am rigorously involved in several leadership initiatives. As the President of Girl Up VIS, I advocate for gender equality, empowering young girls to reach their potential. My environmental concerns led me to establish the Environment Taskforce Sanraksha, focused on sustainability efforts. I also serve as the secretary of Venky YODA, a youth organ donation awareness initiative, the first of its kind, sponsored by the Rotary Club of organ donation and am a core team member of the AI Club Navonamesh. There is no club in my school that I have not contributed to, as a member or as an advisor or a participant.Through my work, I am not just shaping my own path but striving to create lasting, meaningful change in the world around me. My final goal is to make an impact that is never forgotten.
