- Making a material requirement plan for the material group responsible by triggering MRP in weekly andmonthly periods,- To create the relevant purchase orders in line with the created material requirement plan,- Forwarding the created orders to suppliers after the approval mechanism,- Receiving order confirmations from suppliers,- To check the compliance of the deadlines of open orders in line with the changing production plan,- To follow the missing references in the kit deficiencies on a daily basis and to ensure their supply quickly,- Periodically discussing and agreeing shipment plans with suppliers,- To ensure invoice (reference, PO and quantity) controls of materials ready for shipment,- If the invoices of the materials ready for shipment are appropriate, to forward the collection approvals tothe logistics unit according to the delivery method,- Identifying solutions such as express transportation or alternative suppliers with logistics and purchasingin case of possible order delays and presenting them to management for approval,- Regularly update parameters such as minimum order quantity, multiple order quantity and safety stockfrom the item balance screen,- To create MOs in 2-week periods according to the machine assembly plan sequence,- Creating work order deliverables (build sheet),- Pulling the open order report from the ERP system in weekly periods,- To create the Material Plan excel study by pulling the BOMs of the machines in the assembly plan from thesystem in order to make material adequacy analyzes and to determine the monthly critical parts.
