Assessed qualities and quantities of catherized patient urine. Demonstration of removal of PICC line. Replacement of PICC window and connections under supervision. Removal of catheters male and female. Female in out catheterization. Total feeds of bed confined patients. Bed baths with perineal care and brief replacement. Assisted with replacement of PCA pump for hydromorphone and associated calculations and safety checks. Respectful preparation of deceased including removal of butterflies and transport to morgue.
