In the Engagement Manager role with Elicit, I supported several Marketing Consultant functions in addition to Engagement Manager functions, including customer-centric direct marketing assessment and recommendations, email marketing best practice presentation development, and loyalty program consulting. My Engagement Manager responsibilities covered a broad spectrum of project and client/account management activities, as well as project deliverable support.

Aginity is a leading customer intelligence company combining experience in big data, big math and marketing sciences to build and deploy customer analytic solutions that enable customer intimacy at scale. In the year that I spent with Aginity, I worked as a Marketing Consultant as well as a Project Manager. I supported CRM assessment and customer centricity operationalization projects for large retail clients; designed, managed and delivered numerous customer data analytics studies; and managed a department-wide customer centricity training effort for one of our clients. This position allowed me to make dramatic improvements in my project management skills while developing a solid CRM knowledge base.

Augeo designs, develops, implements and manages customer, fan, member and employee engagement programs for a broad range of companies. As a Director at Augeo, I served as an account manager for employee incentive and customer loyalty programs. I worked closely with our internal analytics and customer service teams to deliver project goals and meet day-to-day program needs. I managed relationships with dozens of clients and partners, including US Foodservice, Verizon Wireless, The Home Depot, Bank of America, Starbucks and Rutgers University. I also supported marketing, operations, project documentation, materials development and training for the launch of two first-to-market, card-based loyalty marketing programs developed by Augeo. Many of the specific activities that I supported in this role are the same as those listed below under "Client Manager," but in the Director role I managed one employee directly and took on more responsibility in guiding the work of other internal resources as well as managing client relationships.

As a Client Manager at Augeo, I was a loyalty marketing manager for business-to-business and business-to-consumer affinity programs. I managed client relationships, marketing planning, marketing execution, and program operations.
