I have successfully led organisations, managed significant resources and inspired people to meet organisational objectives whilst ensuring a commitment to quality outcomes, tangible impacts and strong governance.I have a strong track record in leading research, policy development and public affairs programmes at all levels from local community based interventions through to an EU level. I am experienced in working across a range of consumer markets both in regulated and unregulated sectors including for example banking, transport, food, energy and other utilities.I established 'Power to Switch' - Northern Irelands only 'all of market' energy service to help domestic consumers compare deals, become more informed on energy issues and to feel confident in the market.
