I'm turning every unknown word into an opportunity to increase vocabulary. Stickly is a translation tool paired with language learning games. Every word you translate is a word you'll remember.I run this project as a solopreneur, talking with people about language learning and quickly testing insights and ideas with prototypes. Still searching for product-market-fit.

My team and me worked outcome-driven in collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders to increase fulfilment speed and decrease partner onboarding time. We identified problems which blocked the scalability of our catalog and created solutions to decrease process time and errors by orders of magnitude.I was responsible for problem discovery, solution design and the coordination of cross-squad implementation.

My team and me worked on tools to scale our B2B supply network. We conducted user research with several key partners and implemented tools to facilitate key interactions between Printify and its supply partners. I was responsible for the product design of several products both internally and externally.I was also involved in the hiring process while growing our design team from 2 to 8 people and establishing design team rituals, design systems and more.

My responsibilities included an analysis and redesign of internal data management platforms to decrease training cost for new staff members, increase data quality and reduce the time spent on creating and maintaining products.I researched internal processes, designed a new webapp and implemented it. I migrated the teams to the new tool with zero downtime and enabled a scaling of our teams.

Working on a novel approach to online vocabulary learning for advanced learners, combining the benefits of translation tools and a spaced repetition learning game.I was responsible for parts of user research and design, as well as business planning, software engineering and product analytics.
