I work for Shiseido group in World Duty Free shop, Helsinki Vantaa Airport. During my work I sell beauty products and help customer to choose the right product to buy; introduce customer the proper skin-care routine and show customer how to use beauty products. Besides that, I help and guide customers on finding the fragrances they like. My work responsibility also includes the promotion of fragrance products which belongs to Shiseido company.

During my work I promote Yuneec drones in the airport. My work is to demonstrate to my customers how the drones work and make them interested about the drones and then, guide them towards the different options that they can use to purchase the drones.

During my work, I provide one-stop service for Chinese customers in Helsinki Vantaa Airport. I introduce shops and restaurants in the airport to Chinese customers, suggest them a better way for them to spend their time in the airport. Although Chinese service is my main task, other customers are also well served; I answer all the questions coming from customers, such as transfer issues, tax refund questions, routes, etc..

During my work I serve customers and top up buffet. I also do dish and kitchen tool washing and some restaurant cleaning. I do the morning shift, I help to do restaurant preparation everyday when I arrive to restaurant.

Suomi Accessory Oy is a company which co-operate with Chinese travel agencies, I do daily sales there and also responsible to contact tour guides of incoming groups. When there is no customer, I contact tour guides of incoming groups and record in which time they will come to shop, thus we can arrange more sales beforehand if there will be a lot of groups in a day. And I also count commission fee for tour guides and travel agencies after their tourists shopped in our shop.

I did sales and also shop manager assistant in Keminnen fur shop. I work content was doing the daily accounting for the shop as well as managing the stocks. I was responsible for purchasing of merchandise and arranging meetings between the shop owners and suppliers. I also dealt with tax refund related issues when customers contacted the shop and questioned about the tax refund they got. I called Global Blue to check the tax refund and contacted my customers by phone or email, gave them satisfactory solutions and answers. When I was working in the shop, I cleaned up all the finance and inventory messes which was made by previous workers. I kept all the finances, inventories and business in order thereafter.

The enterprises of the company are located in China Mainland and Hongkong. During my work, I spot-check products and test them to make sure those products can reach Chinese pharmacy standards. The main responsibility of me is to test products by chemical experiment.

It's a printing company which prints for government. During my job, I stick films on metal plates, then expose and develop the plates, and such, a printing-plate is made.
