With over 24 years of experience in the facilities services industry, I am a seasoned Director Shared Services at Bidvest Noonan, a leading provider of strategic outsourcing solutions. I hold an MSC in Business and Leadership from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and I am certified and diplomaed in Credit Management by the Irish Institute of Credit Management.In my current role, I lead the four pillars of shared services within the group: payroll processing, billing customers, collections, and accounts payables. I ensure the 8,000+ employees are paid on time and correctly, all customers are billed and invoices paid within agreed payment terms. Employee expenses and supplier payments are processed and paid on time. I maintain processes and governance to support the business and provide value to the internal and external customers.
