For the past 3 summers, I have worked as a receptionist in Murphy New Homes. My duties included:o Reconciling bank accounts using Sage 50 Accounts.o Paying employees using Sage QuickPay.o Entering new invoices into the computer system.o Answering the phone at reception.o Sending out bills to customers.o Scheduling appointments. Through this experience, I have learnt communication skills and customer service when dealing with customers on the phone, by letter and by email. I am also able to use software such as Sage Accounts, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office with ease.
