Experienced manager with a deep understanding of housing systems and social policy, specialising in housing management and developing innovative supported housing solutions for people with complex needs associated with homelessness, mental illness, substance use, and active ageing.Currently, I am involved in the development of Ireland’s first State Demonstrator of Housing with Support, a pioneering project aimed at creating a scalable and replicable supported housing model. Previously, I contributed to the State Demonstrator of Complex Care Housing in British Columbia, Canada, where I gained valuable insights into effective housing solutions for the most vulnerable populations. This experience served as the foundation for my thesis.With an MSc in Social Policy & Practice from Trinity College Dublin, I combine academic expertise with over a decade of practical experience in NGO, health, housing and social care.I am passionate about setting new standards in housing management and driving policy changes that promote sustainable, high-quality housing for vulnerable populations.
