- Provide support to Head Office staff; Property Manager, Leasing, Accounting- Prepare tenant correspondence as required- Foster and maintain positive tenant relations through store visits and prompt service of 56 stores- Prepare, review and oversee contracts with a variety of third party vendors; supervise all work as per same contracts and agreements- Monitor landlord and tenant construction, maintenance and repairs to ensure that all landlord rules and regulations are being followed- Ensure all programs related to the overall operation of the Shopping Centre are implemented in a timely and efficient manner by regularly reviewing the execution of areas such as preventative maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, pest control and cleaning operations- Monitor rent collection and report on A/R to Head Office- Oversee the specialty leasing of common area space to temporary tenants and non-profit organizations- Manage an effective management team (Administration, Operations & Maintenance and Security) to ensure that all shopping centre staff are working cohesively and effectively- Oversee the Merchants’ Association and mall marketing budget & activities
