- Advising, counselling and influencing senior business colleagues on HR strategy and policy- Represent the interests of the business within HR to ensure the HR strategy delivered business objectives.- Coaching and up-skilling line managers on the appropriate tools and techniques to manage all aspects of performance, their own development and that of their teams.- Partnering with line managers to foster an understanding of pre-formal and formal case management processes to minimise ER/IR risk.- Work with HR Advisors in the resolution of HR queries.- Working with business leads and the Learning & Capability team to devise appropriate learning interventions.

With the establishment of a new company, my role was to support the Senior Manager in the design of a Cultural Toolbox by delivering new Talent and Performance Management strategies for CERTUS.

My role was to lead a team of 5 HR advisors to deliver best practice HR operational support. This role required a high degree of skill in performance, risk, and process management with a particular focus on relationship/stakeholder management within the business and Centres of Expertise.
