As part of the project delivery team, I was responsible for end-to end delivery and implementation of AMCS software solutions. I worked closely with our clients through all phases of the delivery process, requirements gathering and analysis, customisation, acceptance testing and transition to the support team. I also worked with our clients to provide detailed data migration; this involved translating data requirements to SQL stored procedures, scripting, optimising, testing and implementing using Sql Server. I scripted integration solutions for various third party systems as needed. I was responsible for system installations and upgrades as well as providing client training, testing support, roll out support, troubleshooting, issue resolution and handover of the system to the support team once live and stable.I also scoped and scripted customised customer reports when required using SSRS.

The Course is structured over two semesters. Worked in a junior role within the company conducting desktop research for development plans and reports, preparing planning applications and conducting site inspections.

Summer internship position with Clare County Planning Department.

General duties on the shop floor such as customer service and sales in all departments.

General duties included desktop publishing and design. I was responsible for laying out and designing documents and photo montages. I also created a website or the company to showcase previous projects and experience.

I worked on development of the new website Dublin.ie. My role involved researching and writing content for the site as well as designing banner graphics and interface useability.
