 Experience in system Implementation and upgrade in core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Self-Service HR, Benefits and Performance Management modules. Conduct and provide end-user training and post-implementation support Manage client relationships and provide expert consultation on HR best practices and compliance issues. Manage project scope, timeline and budget to ensure successful project delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA testers, to ensure that product features are properly scoped and tested.

 Conduct customer research to identify pain points and opportunities that lead to successful product feature launches. Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap, ensuring they align with company objectives with the product owner.
