Starting my first job in an international management consulting firm Uniconsult International Limited at Dhaka in June 2007, I have gained some experiences in management consultancy services. Later on, I switched my career to Banking Industry as Senior Officer in Bangladesh Krishi Bank on March 2008. I've gathered 16 years of banking experiences in 3 banks in Bangladesh. Before joining in Social Islami Bank PLC, I've worked in Eastern Bank PLC for 3 years. Presently, I've been working in Social Islami Bank PLC for last 10 years having present designation as AVP & Manager, Ranirbandar Branch, Dinajpur. Meanwhile, I've gained diversified field-level banking experiences in Branch Management, Portfolio Management, Credit/Investment Risk Management, General Banking, Retail Banking, Green Banking & CSR with specialization in MSMEs, Agri & Microfinance programs. I've designed financial products and developed policies & strategies for innovative banking operations, e.g. agri machinery finance, microfinance, refinance, organized banking events & arranged view exchange meetings in BKB, EBPLC & SIBPLC. Having experiences in 3 reputed banks in Bangladesh, I've got a unique opportunity to enrich myself with the banking experiences of specialized bank, conventional bank & shari'ah-based bank having a better understanding of the differences between conventional & shari'ah based banking operations. I've completed TOT course on 'Environmental & Social Risk Management in Bangladesh' organized by IFC, ERM & PWC, worked in Green Banking Department of SIBPLC as Deputy In-charge and delivered lectures on 'ESRM Guidelines of BB' as In-house Trainer. Besides, I've attended various types of trainings & workshops conducted by BIBM, BB & SMEF on various banking topics. I'm deliberately working for the livelihood improvements of farmers, rural-urban poor & unprivileged people of the society through various banking as well as personal initiatives. Moreover, I've been voluntarily working as Business Consultant, Executive Coach, Change Maker, Life Coach, Creative Writer, Researcher & Singer. I've been working for changing lives of people towards 'Success' & 'Happiness'. As such, I've been doing research for 10 years to develop an innovative, simple & effective all-in-one method for Personal Development, Smart Lifestyle, Amazing Performance & Happy Living. I've finally developed a mind-blowing method titled 'HOSSAIN METHOD' to lead life with 'Smart Lifestyle' for 'Career Success' & 'Happy Living'. Also I've been writing articles on religious & contemporary issues regularly.
