I streamlined workflows, aligned systems with business goals, and drove productivity through lean processes there. This experience laid a solid base for my Agile journey, equipping me to improve cross-functional collaboration and optimize value delivery.For over 3 years, I’ve served as a Scrum Master, and currently, in a Scaled Agile environment supporting the ARTs by leading Program Increment (PI) planning sessions and strategically prioritizing backlogs, much like supply chain forecasting. My approach is rooted in precision, flexibility, and collaboration, now tailored to Agile’s demands. Leveraging Scrum metrics, I consistently monitor team performance, adapt strategies, and empower teams to tackle challenges with resilience creatively.With global coordination across Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and North America, I manage ART dependencies and guide remote teams in achieving high-impact outcomes. Recently, I facilitated the launch of 5 new product features that enriched customer engagement and aligned seamlessly with business goals.While typically reserved, I prioritize meaningful interactions that foster growth and innovation, I am drawn to leadership roles combining strategic insight with empathetic communication. My journey has been marked by a dedication to team empowerment, progress, and skilled navigation of scaled Agile complexities.Outside work, I’m committed to developing Agile talents in a private community of practice, coaching for sustainable Agile adoption.
