• Worked closely with Senior Software Engineers building services in the form of an API for a new service offered by the app.• Supported development, quality assurance and user experience staff to develop the new service that when finished improved useracquisitions from 10 users/month to 200 users/month.• Reformatted the codebase to respect the standard created by me and the CTO of the startup and created the internal documentationfor the API.• Learned software engineering process improvements and best practices.• Worked with payment APIs such as MangoPay and programmed the payment process for the new service.• Planned website development, converting mockups into usable web presence with HTML, JavaScript, and Java. • Cooperated with front-end developers and other team members to design more cohesive and functional code.

• Used python libraries like Dash and Plotly to visualize data gathered by a doctoral student for their doctoral thesis and helped presentation of the information during the defense of the doctoral thesis.• Validated incoming data to check information accuracy and integrity while independently locating and correcting concerns. • Formatted incoming excel sheets and transformed them into a database for easier manipulation and querying of the data.

• Found some repetitive tasks for analyzing excel spreadsheets, automatized these tasks, and managed to improve the data analysis process down from 1 week to 1-2 days.• Identified, analyzed, and interpreted trends or patterns in complex data sets by finding correlations and visualizing with charts.• Utilized various professional statistical techniques and maintained large databases to collect and analyze data from partners andcustomers.• Completed data cleaning and data validation of existing spreadsheets to promote robust data management platform, resulting inaccurate data analysis and entry.• Created an Excel model that allowed employees to analyze data and visualize it without needing to program.
