Conducted a jurisdictional scan that will aid in the creation of a report by Code for Canada.

Conducted preliminary research on COVID-19 vaccination booking system implementation in different Canadian provinces that would later be used to help draft a report from the Public Policy Forum.

In this role, I further developed my administrative, organizational, and communications skills through a wide variety of projects. When I was hired, the Township was in the process of implementing multiple new online services and I assisted with product management through testing, redesigning, and iterating on the different online services. Most notably, I helped streamline the external and internal processes to allow residents to receive their property tax PIN numbers - a process that was not conducted before. During this streamlining process, I was also able to design a new workflow for administrative staff that significantly reduced the time it took for them to issue residents a PIN number, through altering internal operations and the online system.Following the implementation of these new online services, I drafted data-intensive reports for Township Council regarding the use of new online systems for residents. I also helped lead the records management project, and archived, organized, and created metadata for over 3,000 confidential and historical municipal records.I also served as the administrative lead on the municipality’s Physician Recruitment project. This was a joint endeavour between two rural municipalities and my duties included identifying key stakeholders and organizing discussions between them and our recruitment consultant, managing recruitment marketing materials, and arranging access and participation in online recruitment fairs. Through this project, I successfully developed, led, marketed, and launched the largest digital community engagement survey that the municipality had ever done at the time.

I was elected as the Student Trustee by the 2014/2015 UCDSB Student Senate, and officially took over the position on August 1st, 2015. In this role I had many duties, including: • Representative of over 28,000 elementary and secondary students• Chair of the 2015/2016 UCDSB Student Senate• Attended and reported at school board meetings• Organized a student lead board wide fundraiser which raised over $21,000• Member of the Ontario Student Trustees’ Association (OSTA-AECO)• Member of OSTA-AECO’s Data and Research Committee
